The Tell-e Queue Manager is an independent queue management solution with which you can easily inform and manage large groups of customers. The active queue number is displayed as an integral part of your digital signage presentation.

Manage

Tell-e Queue Manager let's you specify different locations (counters, desk, et cetera) with their own queue number. This queue number can either be shared with other locations or be specific to one location. This way you can let multiple locations use the same pool of numbers.

Controlling this system can be done in different ways. A numeric keypad with Bluetooth functionality is for example a flexible, versatile and affordable solution. You can easily program the different buttons to perform various functions like raising the queue number or hiding it when you want to temporarily disable the queue number system when it is less crowded.

Inform

The queue numbers which are distributed by the Tell-e Queue Manager van be displayed directly in your digital signage presentations. You connect Tell-e Show to the Queue Manager and are then able to display the relevant queue numbers of one or more locations on your screens.

Just like all the other Blocks and Plug-ins you can use to built your digital signage presentation, the layout of the queue numbers can be completely customized. They can also be combined freely with other Plug-ins, like images, videos, Flash animations, et cetera.

By showing the queue numbers directly in your presentation you repeatedly draw the attention of your customers to your screens. This way you can easily inform them on other things as well, like special offers.
